F45 Training: The hottest workout class

Are you tired and in need of an energy booster? Well put down the chips and turn off the TV because there’s a great new workout class in town. During the pandemic, many of us let ourselves gain that extra weight as we were stuck inside with no place to work out. Now that we have the ability to leave our homes, everyone should head down to F45 Training in Dix Hills, NY. F45 has a meaning behind the name. The F Stands for functional training which is a mix of circuit and HIIT (High-intensity interval training) style workouts geared towards everyday movement. The 45 stands for the total amount of time the classes are held or the time you have for sweat- dripping, heart-pumping fun! Cardio classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Resistance classes are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Finally, there is a hybrid class, or a mix of the two, every Saturday. Due to the pandemic, for the indoor classes, you are required to wear a mask, but during breaks, you may go outside for some fresh air. For the outdoor classes, you have the option to be mask free. For both, the equipment is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned in between each class. The F45 staff really goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for all. They are super encouraging and are always there to help you or correct your form. 

F45 is a great workout program for busy teens when it’s easy to put working out on the back burner as our lives are a non-stop push.
